That’s right, everyone – it’s time for another “best of” episode! This is the end-of-year SEVEN for the podcast. For the first time, I’ve considered that the podcast might hit the 10-year mark eventually – very exciting!

I continued to have the incredible fortune of interviewing truly amazing guests. At some point this year, we passed 1M downloads. The podcast is the bedrock for my consulting and this year led to the first annual Crafted Practice retreat (tease next year’s retreat). I’ve also been fortunate to continue having PAR as a sponsor, to bring you updates and new testing materials. I’m excited to say that I’ll be introducing a new sponsor next year as well 🙂

As always, thank you all for listening and spreading the word about the podcast. If you haven’t told all of your psychologist friends, please keep sharing and bringing people on board. Here’s to another year of talking about testing!
