I know, I know – another episode on marketing, right? But hear me out…today’s episode with Racheal Cook is different than other marketing episodes. Yes, we touch on traditional marketing, but Racheal brings a fresh perspective that really emphasizes the importance of honoring your own strengths rather than trying to do whatever everyone else might be doing. She brings years of consulting experience and a personal bout with burnout to deepen her knowledge in this space. Here are just a few things that we talk about:
- Networking for introverts
- The role of social media
- Growth without any marketing whatsoever
Cool Things Mentioned
- The Testing Psychologist mastermind groups and business consulting
- Connect with Racheal
- Podcast: Promote Yourself to CEO

There are some helpful tips here but this person seems unaware of ethics for psychologists. It is not ethical for us to ask clients for referrals to grow our business. I recall she suggested something like this in a previous episode too.
