This has been a busy summer as far as conferences go. I attended the American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology’s annual conference in early June and just returned from the Group Practice Owners Summit a few days ago. Both were in Chicago, though they were held in different areas of the city. I thought about going to APA in August for a true Chicago conference trifecta but ultimately decided to go to the beach with my family instead. This episode is all about reflecting on these conferences that were, in many ways, on opposite ends of the learning spectrum for me.

About Dr. Jeremy Sharp
I’m a licensed psychologist and Clinical Director at the Colorado Center for Assessment & Counseling, a private practice that I founded in 2009 and grew to include nine licensed clinicians, three clinicians in training, and a full administrative staff. I earned my undergraduate degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina before getting my Master’s and PhD in Counseling Psychology from Colorado State University. These days, I specialize in psychological and neuropsychological evaluation with kids and adolescents.

I live in Fort Collins, Colorado with my wife (also a therapist) and two young kids.
